You're ready to feel in control again
"I’d 100% recommend PTP and Rich to other parents. It’s great to work with someone who gets it! And is also friendly and encouraging."

Jen

"Rich really promotes self care and works hard to identify exactly what you would like to achieve and doesn’t try to convince you of something irrelevant. He is a great coach and is clearly dedicated to supporting others."

Lucy

"It’s realistic, supportive, and designed for the busy, often chaotic life of a parent. The structure and guidance make it possible to make real changes without feeling judged or pressured. It’s honestly been a game-changer."

Sylvia

On the outside

I started working when I was 15, part-time jobs to save for my first car, gain experience, and build discipline early on. After university, I moved straight into full-time work in 2016, beginning a sales career that demanded high performance, long hours and relentless pressure. I loved the challenge, but it came at a cost.

I started working when I was 15, part-time jobs to save for my first car, gain experience, and build discipline early on. After university, I moved straight into full-time work in 2016, beginning a sales career that demanded high performance, long hours and relentless pressure. I loved the challenge, but it came at a cost.

Alongside that career, I was:

  • Building two businesses from scratch

  • Training for marathons and HYROX

  • Pushing through four knee surgeries

  • Trying to grow financially

  • Doing everything I could to be a present, connected dad

On the outside, it looked like I was managing well.
But inside, I felt stretched thin, overwhelmed, reactive, and constantly chasing time.

Powerful

So I built a system, simple but powerful.

So I built a system, simple but powerful.

This system didn’t just help me cope. It helped me grow into the man, father and leader I wanted to become.

This system didn’t just help me cope. It helped me grow into the man, father and leader I wanted to become.

A system based on:

Daily habits

Small wins that actually stick. Not hours in the gym. Not perfection. Just repeatable actions that help you win today.

Clear routines

Routine that holds you together. Life is busy and unpredictable. Routines anchor your day, protect your time, and reduce stress.

Accountability

Accountability gives you support, momentum, and someone who checks in when life gets overwhelming.

Mindset

Change the story in your head. Parents don’t struggle because they’re weak. They struggle because they believe the wrong narrative.

Identity

Become the example your children watch. You don’t become disciplined by forcing it. You become disciplined when you see yourself as someone who follows through.

Sustainability

Built for real life. No crash diets. No extreme routines. No guilt. A system that works when the kids are ill, work is mad, and sleep is rubbish.

People in my life began asking

“How do you manage everything so consistently?”

“How do you manage everything so consistently?”

“How do you manage everything so consistently?”

“How do you stay disciplined with fitness, work and family?”

“How do you stay disciplined with fitness, work and family?”

“How do you stay disciplined with fitness, work and family?”

“How do you find the time?”

“How do you find the time?”

“How do you find the time?”

I wasn’t “finding time.”
I created it, with structure.

And that structure became

Clarity

Parent to Powerhouse isn’t motivation.
It’s a system. It’s clarity.

It’s the blueprint I wish I had years ago.
